Water overflowing | Water level is too high | Check and set water level to 30mm below overflow pipe. Remove float valve washer; clean and reinstall/replace and adjust ball valve arm if necessary. Remove float and check to ensure that there is no water in it - replace or repair if necessary. |
Continuous boiling | Float valve defective | Ensure float valve closes off and does not leak. |
Continuous boiling | Faulty element | Replace element |
Water is not hot | Power is not on | Check and test the power supply |
Water is not hot | Faulty element | Replace element |
No water flowing | Water has been turned off | Check mains water supply |
No water flowing | Blocked float valve | Remove float valve and clean out hole or replace valve |
No water flowing | Flow restrictor obstructed | Rod through flow restrictor aperture |
No water flowing | Blocked filter | Clean or replace filter |
Unit is not filling | Quiet internal components | Please be patient |
